Congratulations Seabreeze Farm in Geneva FL on the purchase of Blossom.  Look for her in the hunter ring!

2006 Dutch Gray Mare

Corland VDL x Natural Art by Telstar (x Nimmerdor)

Full Pedigree

USEF Number:5125313

Registered KWPN-NA

Well-bred hunter or dressage prospect. Blossom has recently started a serious training program and is showing all the scope, athleticism and intelligence that we were hoping to see. She carries some of the best Dutch bloodlines available and therefore can also make an excellent competition broodmare.  Due to her size and physical immaturity, we have brought her along slowly and this year she has truly “blossomed” into a special horse.  She spent time during the winter at the HITS and jumped in the ticketed warm-up rings, schooling area and schooling hunter classes successfully.

She has been in the ribbons at schooling shows and is ready to take on the next winter season in the pre-green division.   She has also surprised us by showing potential as a dressage prospect or event prospect with great movement, presence and workman-like attitude.  She has a great natural rhythm and ground covering, carrying canter.

Her sire is Corland, a top producer of both hunters and dressage horses. Her dam is Natural Art, whose dam also produced Margie Goldstein’s famous jumper Hidden Creek’s Laurel.  Natural Art is by Telstar who excelled in both jumpers and as a dressage horse.

Thanks to Lisa Smit from Brevard Equestrian Center for finding a great buyer for Lilly. Look for Lilly in the dressage arenas of Orlando, FL!

Lilly is a quality, comfortable, workmanlike mare. She is quiet and sensible but still sensitive to ride. Good in the ring and on trails, she will make a really nice amateur mount for someone who wants an “only horse”. She is a sweet, kind, willing mare with fantastic movement. This mare will be great for someone who wants a well-mannered horse with presence and good movement for a good price.

Her sire is the wonderful dressage stallion Freestyle (by Florestan), and she has inherited the aptitude for dressage. Her dam is Odessa, a broodmare still owned by Waterhorse who was an equitation horse of the A circuit. Odessa’s sire is the famous Dutch jumper, Ommen, who competed internationally and sired many top jumpers.

KWPN 04.06875 keur

 USEF Life Number:  5124641

Sourced for us by Janko of VDL, this KWPN keur mare, Zersina, was imported last winter and competed at HITS 2010 in levels 1 and 2.  She has a 2008 foal by Corland in Holland.

She is comfortable with soft, quiet, clean rounds, and has now moved up the levels effortlessly. Although green, she has taken everything in her stride and is making great progress.

Zersina is currently competing in level 3 and level 4 jumpers and schooling level 5 & 6.   Zersina is suitable for a junior or amateur rider if it is within a solid training program.  She is also very suitable for equitation with more mileage in that arena.  This is a top quality mare.

USEF Life Number:  5060613

Windy was imported from Holland as a possible Children's /Junior Jumper and has exceeded all expectations. Windy went from the schooling jumper division to the Hunter Derby within a week of showing here in the US! She competed at HITS Ocala 2010 in the jumper classes with Martha Redman and 2011 with Kaleigh Barkaszi in the high children's and low & medium junior jumper divisions

In 2011, Windy V and Kaleigh were 3rd overall in the 4-leg Marshall & Sterling $20,500 child adult jumper championship at HITS Ocala. After this win, Kaleigh and Windy moved up successfully to the low junior jumpers.

Windy is the "whole package" in personality, looks, and athleticism.  This is an exceptional horse for a junior or amateur rider and she has the potential for a professional to bring up the levels successfully.

Congratulations to Alan Korotkin of Castlewood Farm in Wellington, FL on the purchase of this very special mare.
